The Alliance exists to provide litigation capacity in matters involving institutional misconduct, retaliation, and abuse of authority—where valid claims often fail due to resource imbalance long before courts reach the merits.
Contributions support legal infrastructure, case development, and prosecution of civil actions. Donations do not fund individual compensation and do not confer control or influence over litigation strategy.
